These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luckph ("luckph", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the luckph website located at luckph.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible Games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of luckph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number capable of receiving verification messages. luckph reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any stage.

You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. luckph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals or suspend Accounts where provided information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent with identity verification documents.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

luckph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the luckph cashier page at the time of the transaction. These limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your luckph Account within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. luckph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are ordinarily processed within three (3) to five (5) minutes of request submission, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements. luckph reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Bank withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

luckph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. All transactions are subject to monitoring. luckph may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional offers made available on luckph are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your luckph Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier, eligible games list, and expiry date are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed on games excluded from a promotion do not count towards the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

luckph monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and the systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics. luckph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.

Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any unconverted winnings associated with them will be forfeited without notice or compensation.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

luckph sources its game library exclusively from certified providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games on luckph are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by luckph or its staff.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the luckph platform or any Game;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or false payment disputes;

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a Game or system malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. luckph will make reasonable efforts to restore affected Accounts to their pre-malfunction state. luckph is not liable for any loss of winnings or disruption of gaming services caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player-Controlled Limits

Every registered luckph Account holder may set the following limits from within their account dashboard at any time:

• Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

During a self-exclusion period, the player's Account is suspended, and luckph will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by the same individual.

8 Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use of luckph intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property laws.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the luckph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions beyond luckph's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of services due to maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory requirements;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial service providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank;
• Any loss arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by luckph

luckph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age;
• Duplicate account creation;
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your luckph Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verification of your identity, luckph will close your Account and process any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account — whether initiated by luckph or by you — all bonus credits, pending bonuses, and unwagered free spins are forfeited immediately. Real-money balances net of applicable deductions will be returned in accordance with Section 10.2.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
